How it works

  1. Pay securely with Stripe.
  2. Upload your supplier file as CSV (name or ID, IBAN, BIC).
  3. Download the report right away and fix the flagged rows before the payment run.

What does the payment file audit check?

Every row of your supplier bank-details file: IBAN format and checksum, the bank and BIC behind the IBAN, a BIC in your file that does not match the bank, SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant and Verification of Payee participation of the bank, and the same IBAN used by several suppliers.

Does the audit confirm the account holder name?

No. Matching the name to the account is Verification of Payee, run by the payee bank at payment time. The audit tells you whether the bank takes part in VoP and flags data problems before the payment run.

What happens to my file?

It is used only to produce your report, is not shared, and is deleted after delivery. Send only the columns you need: supplier name or ID, IBAN and BIC.

The audit checks bank data, not account ownership or balances. A clean report does not guarantee that a payment will be accepted.
